EMPLOYMENT LAW FOR EXECUTIVES & COMPANIES

explore

A dual perspective on employment law, advising both employers and senior executives, to anticipate their challenges and build the right strategy for each situation.

THE firm

A rigorous employment law practice, focused on practical decisions

Laumônier Avocat is an independent law firm dedicated to employment law, founded by Léo Laumônier, an attorney admitted to the Paris Bar.

After ten years of practice at leading international business law firms—Clifford Chance, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, Latham & Watkins, Flichy Grange, and Advant Altana—Léo Laumônier chose to establish an independent practice, allowing him to offer his clients more direct, responsive, and personalized support. His firm brings the technical rigor of major firms to a select number of companies, including international companies operating in France, as well as executives and senior managers.

The firm covers the full spectrum of employment law: day-to-day strategic advice, executive exit negotiations, restructurings and job protection plans (PSE), collective labor relations, and high-stakes litigation. Its practice is built on two convictions: the law should serve business decisions, not block them, and a dual perspective, advising both employers and executives, is a decisive advantage for anticipating issues and building the right strategy for each situation.

For matters extending beyond employment law, the firm draws on a network of recognized colleagues in corporate, IP/IT, real estate, and regulatory law to provide a coordinated, multidisciplinary response while maintaining a single point of contact.
